Place your order and it will be prepared and shipped by Express Delivery on the same day. Delivery will be made in approximately 24/48 hours. And you will also get:
Free shipping for orders over €120. If the amount is less, €8.50 + 18% VAT will be included in the invoice for shipping costs.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
If you would like your order shipped to one of these provinces, please note that these shipments are considered as export, with a fixed rate of €49 that will be included in the invoice as fees for customs clearance. These shipments are exempt from VAT and the buyer is responsible for paying local taxes (APIC, IGIC, etc.).
Shipping terms to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Shipments will be made by sea transport by freight forwarder.

RETURNING MATERIAL: The acceptance of the merchandise presupposes the conformity of the buyer with all these terms of sale, and the special ones for each commercial transaction. If upon receiving our products you notice that items are missing or have been damaged, you must notify us by phone or in writing within 24 hours from receipt of the order. However, if you change your mind within 15 days from the purchase of an item you can return the product to us, as long as the goods are in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used. In addition, you will need to advise us that you wish to return a product by calling Sanhigía, S.L.. Sanhigía, S.L. will bear the costs for shipping and replacement.
Returns of special references requested on order for the customer will not be accepted.
Goods returned by the customer will not be accepted: in any of the cases Sanhigía, S.L. will arrange the collection.
