TERMS, WARRANTY, AND RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY TERMS FOR PRODUCTS MARKETED BY SANHIGÍA, S.L.

  1. A total or partial cancellation of an order is possible as long as it has not been processed. SANHIGÍA, S.L. will not accept liability for cancellation requests not received on time. The Buyer will be obligated to accept the order if the cancellation is submitted after the deadline. In individual cases, retroactive cancellation requests or exchanges of non-defective shipments will be considered equitably.
  2. Changes or returns will be subject to our prior agreement and may not be shipped at our expense (refer to the Return Policy of SANHIGÍA, S.L. detailed below).
  3. If the Buyer, contrary to the agreement, returns goods with shipping costs unpaid, they will be liable for any expenses invoiced by our company to cover those costs. Returns of products will not be accepted if they are outside their original packaging in good condition and without all their labels (refer to the Return Policy of SANHIGÍA, S.L. detailed below).
  4. If the purchased product exhibits a defect that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe or if repairs fail to resolve the issue, the Buyer will have the right to negotiate a price reduction or fully terminate the contract.
  5. The warranty obligation does not cover normal wear and tear or damages occurring after the transfer of risk due to improper handling, blockages, excessive strain, unsuitable operational materials, or unforeseen chemical, electrochemical, or electrical influences. Inappropriate modifications, repairs, or maintenance carried out by the Buyer or third parties will nullify our warranty obligations and responsibility for resulting consequences.
  6. The warranty for instruments expires 6 months after purchase, provided the defect is not caused by customer malpractice.
  7. The Buyer's right to claim for quality defects not caused by misuse or improper handling expires 1 year after the delivery date on the purchase invoice. However, for defects in rotating parts and accessories (e.g., handpieces), this period expires 6 months after the delivery date. Beyond these periods, the warranty is considered void, and any action regarding it must be authorized by the Company's Director. The products subject to these warranty terms are detailed below:

RETURN POLICY OF SANHIGÍA, S.L.

SANHIGÍA, S.L. guarantees the quality of the products it supplies. Any return due to an error on our part or a quality defect in our products will be handled automatically by the Company, arranging for the retrieval of the affected products and their replacement at no cost to the customer.

Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to return any product that does not meet their requirements, with the customer bearing the return shipping costs. After this period, all product returns must be authorized by the Company's Director.

To accept a return, it is essential and mandatory that the products are returned in their original packaging, with the safety seal intact where applicable. The packaging must remain unopened and in good condition upon arrival at our facilities to process the corresponding refund.
