TERMS, WARRANTY, AND RETURN POLICY
WARRANTY TERMS FOR PRODUCTS MARKETED BY SANHIGÍA, S.L.
- A total or partial cancellation of an order is possible as long as it has not been processed. SANHIGÍA, S.L. will not accept liability for cancellation requests not received on time. The Buyer will be obligated to accept the order if the cancellation is submitted after the deadline. In individual cases, retroactive cancellation requests or exchanges of non-defective shipments will be considered equitably.
- Changes or returns will be subject to our prior agreement and may not be shipped at our expense (refer to the Return Policy of SANHIGÍA, S.L. detailed below).
- If the Buyer, contrary to the agreement, returns goods with shipping costs unpaid, they will be liable for any expenses invoiced by our company to cover those costs. Returns of products will not be accepted if they are outside their original packaging in good condition and without all their labels (refer to the Return Policy of SANHIGÍA, S.L. detailed below).
- If the purchased product exhibits a defect that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe or if repairs fail to resolve the issue, the Buyer will have the right to negotiate a price reduction or fully terminate the contract.
- The warranty obligation does not cover normal wear and tear or damages occurring after the transfer of risk due to improper handling, blockages, excessive strain, unsuitable operational materials, or unforeseen chemical, electrochemical, or electrical influences. Inappropriate modifications, repairs, or maintenance carried out by the Buyer or third parties will nullify our warranty obligations and responsibility for resulting consequences.
- The warranty for instruments expires 6 months after purchase, provided the defect is not caused by customer malpractice.
- The Buyer's right to claim for quality defects not caused by misuse or improper handling expires 1 year after the delivery date on the purchase invoice. However, for defects in rotating parts and accessories (e.g., handpieces), this period expires 6 months after the delivery date. Beyond these periods, the warranty is considered void, and any action regarding it must be authorized by the Company's Director. The products subject to these warranty terms are detailed below:

RETURN POLICY OF SANHIGÍA, S.L.
Sanhigía, S.L. guarantees the quality of the products it distributes.
In the event that a return is due to an error attributable to the Company, or to a manufacturing defect or product quality issue, Sanhigía, S.L. will automatically manage the return, including collection of the product and its replacement with another in proper condition, assuming all related costs, including transportation expenses.
Likewise, the customer has a period of 10 business days from the purchase date to request the return of any product that does not meet their expectations. In such cases, the shipping costs arising from the return shall be borne by the customer.
After this period, any return request must be previously authorized by the Management of Sanhigía, S.L., and the Company reserves the right to accept or reject such request.
Customized or Made-to-Order Products
No returns will be accepted for customized products, products specifically configured according to the customer’s instructions, or products manufactured upon request, except in cases where the products present defects resulting from the customization carried out or do not comply with the specifications expressly agreed upon with the customer.
In such cases, the seller shall, at no cost to the customer, correct the detected defects and subsequently deliver the product with said defects properly remedied.
This condition includes, among others, products such as customized loupes, personalized instrument sets, bur holders, consumable sets, or any other product adapted, engraved, configured, or prepared according to the customer’s specific requirements.
Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
- If the product includes a security seal, it must remain intact and untampered with.
- The product must include all original labels, accessories, and documentation.
- The product must not have been used or show signs of use, handling, or damage.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the rejection of the return request.
