The Micro Screw System is designed for gentle alveolar ridge expansion and simultaneous lateral bone compression in cases of horizontal bone deficit. The screws were developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury.

The Bone Management® MicroScrew System Kit is used for horizontal, vertical, and three-dimensional bone regeneration with minimal invasiveness.

Technical characteristics

The MicroScrew System fixation kit has been developed for secure fixation and stabilization of cortical bone grafts. It is optimized for use in horizontal, vertical, and complex three-dimensional regenerations.

Osteosynthesis screws
The screws in this system have a very small diameter of 1.0 and 1.2 mm. They are made of a special steel alloy that provides excellent stability and strength despite their reduced diameter.
Screws included in the kit:

Ø1.0 mm – 3 x 6 mm, 3 x 8 mm, 3 x 10 mm
Ø1.2 mm – 3 x 6 mm, 3 x 8 mm, 3 x 10 mm

Microscrews for bone augmentation
This system by Meisinger was developed in collaboration with Prof. Fouad Khoury to meet the clinical requirements of bone augmentation techniques. Prof. Khoury is an internationally renowned oral surgeon based in Olsberg, Germany.

One of the advantages of the Bone Management® MicroScrew System Kit is its ability to perform bone regenerations of various scales with minimal invasiveness.
