Technical characteristics

This is a system designed for gentle alveolar ridge expansion and simultaneous lateral bone compression in cases of horizontal bone loss.

With the help of special screw-shaped expansion and compaction instruments (expanders), resorbed horizontal bone can be carefully controlled and expanded (bone spreading).

Additionally, the spongy bone is compressed thanks to the special geometry of the expanders (bone condensation), which increases the primary stability of the inserted implants.
