Micro Screw T5 System Plus | Integrated System for Bone Core Technique

The Micro Screw T5 System Plus is a fully integrated surgical system that combines, in a single kit, the minimally invasive extraction of autologous bone cylinders and their secure fixation, allowing the complete workflow of the Bone Core Technique to be performed with maximum precision and control.

The system integrates the Trephine Ejection Kit, designed for local bone core harvesting using two-piece trephines with internal irrigation. Thanks to their removable active components, the harvested bone cylinder can be safely and precisely expelled using dedicated ejection instruments, preserving graft integrity.

For the fixation phase, the Micro Screw T5 System Plus incorporates the Micro Screw T5 fixation system, including osteosynthesis screws with 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm diameters, manufactured from surgical stainless steel. Despite their reduced diameter, these screws provide high mechanical stability, enabling precise and secure fixation of cortical bone grafts.

The full compatibility between all system components offers the clinician a clear, continuous and efficient workflow, ensuring maximum precision from extraction to fixation of autologous bone cylinders without the need to switch instruments or systems.
