PARASORB® Fleece | 18 × 36 mm

PARASORB® Fleece is a resorbable native equine collagen sponge developed by RESORBA® for the treatment of surgical wounds and defects in oral surgery. Its porous structure absorbs large amounts of fluids, promotes rapid hemostasis and stabilizes the blood clot, supporting predictable healing of the surgical site.

Being fully resorbable, it eliminates the need for a second surgical procedure for removal. In addition, its naturally structured collagen fibrils promote blood coagulation in a similar way to endogenous collagen, providing biological support during the early stages of healing.

Its 18 × 36 mm format can be easily trimmed and adapted to different surgical defects, making it a versatile solution for routine oral surgery and periodontal procedures.
