Return Policy

Sanhigía, S.L. is responsible for the quality of the products it supplies. Any return caused by our error or a quality defect in our products will be automatically managed by the Company, proceeding to withdraw the products involved and replace them with others, assuming the shipping and expenses that this causes.


Likewise, the customer has 14 days after the purchase to return any product that does not satisfy their requirements, with the customer assuming the return shipping costs. After this period, all product returns must be authorized by the Company.


It is necessary and essential that the products be returned in their original packaging, and with the security seal in cases where applicable. It must remain closed and be in good condition upon arrival at our facilities to proceed with the corresponding payment.
