PARASORB® Cone is a resorbable native equine collagen cone designed for the management of post-extraction sockets in oral surgery.
Its conical shape allows precise adaptation to the extraction socket, promoting rapid haemostasis, blood clot stabilization and predictable healing after tooth extraction.
PARASORB® Cone is a resorbable native equine collagen cone developed by RESORBA® for oral surgery procedures and post-extraction socket management. Its conical design provides an excellent fit for rounded defects, allowing easy placement while offering biological support during the early stages of healing.
Its porous structure absorbs large amounts of fluids, promotes rapid haemostasis and stabilizes the blood clot, contributing to predictable healing and preservation of the extraction socket following tooth removal.
As a fully resorbable biomaterial, PARASORB® Cone eliminates the need for a second procedure for removal. In addition, its native equine collagen fibrils activate blood coagulation in a similar way to endogenous collagen, supporting the body's natural healing process.
PARASORB® Cone is particularly indicated for the treatment of post-extraction sockets without bone defects or signs of infection, as well as a haemostatic agent following tooth extractions and other oral surgery procedures.
