Equine Cortical Bone Sheet Deantigenized Using the Zymo-Teck® Enzymatic Process

This is a patented production process developed by Bioteck spa, based on the use of enzymes and without the use of chemical solvents.

With this process, it is possible to obtain a perfectly biocompatible heterologous tissue, maintaining the physical and morphological characteristics of the original tissue as well as the components of the extracellular matrix, including bone collagen (Type I) in its native form.

PRODUCT HANDLING

CURVATURE
The sheet should be curved in a perpendicular direction (dotted line) following the fiber orientation.

FIXATION
FCS can be fixed using pins, fibrin glue, or similar adhesives.

HYDRATION
FCS should be hydrated for a maximum of 10 seconds in sterile saline solution to achieve its flexibility.
