PARASORB® Fleece HD | 18 × 36 mm

PARASORB® Fleece HD is a high-density native equine collagen sponge developed by RESORBA® for use in oral surgery procedures. Its porous structure and high collagen concentration allow it to absorb large amounts of fluids while promoting rapid hemostasis and stabilizing the blood clot, supporting predictable wound healing.

Compared with the standard version, PARASORB® Fleece HD is specifically recommended when a longer resorption time is required or for the treatment of larger bone defects, providing extended support throughout the healing process.

Its flexible 18 × 36 mm format can be easily trimmed and adapted to the morphology of the surgical site, making it a versatile solution for both soft tissue management and bone surgery.
