Master-Pin-Control Basic is the ideal system for the safe and stable fixation of membranes in bone regeneration procedures. It is part of the Bone Management® System and is designed to ensure that resorbable, non-resorbable, and titanium membranes remain firmly in place, preventing micromobility during the healing process.
The pure titanium pins stand out for their innovative design:
They incorporate an additional mini thread, turning the pin into a hybrid between a screw and a tack, which provides greater stability while allowing for easy and safe removal once the healing period is completed.
The sharp tip and solid construction enable placement with maximum precision, even in dense cortical bone.
The increased shaft surface provided by the thread ensures stronger and more stable fixation.
These pins can be sterilized either in their own tray or individually, offering flexibility in the surgical setting. Thanks to their high-quality manufacturing, they penetrate the bone safely without bending or breaking.
The Master-Pin-Control system has been developed in collaboration with Prof. Istvan Urban, a renowned expert in bone regeneration, ensuring it meets the real clinical needs of surgical practice in dentistry.
Key advantages:
Secure fixation of resorbable, non-resorbable, and titanium-reinforced membranes.
Hybrid thread that provides stability and allows easy removal after healing.
Strong design with a sharp tip for precise placement in cortical bone.
Made of pure titanium, sterilizable, and highly durable.
